Throughout human history, we have sent love across time and space in the form of letters, hopes, prayers, rituals, ceremonies, and offerings.
As humans, we do not merely feel love, we send love.
AntiOppression Reiki School acknowledges and honors Dr. Mikao Usui, Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, and Mrs. Hawayo Takata as the founders and sharers of this sacred human practice in the form of “Reiki.” Imperialist, Colonialist Oppression eradicated many cultures’ indigenous healing practices, so we thank you for your work to develop and share the gift of Reiki.
We acknowledge your courage, bravery, tenderness, and sacrifice.
You have been good ancestors to us, and we intend to follow your example.
SERVICES
We offer certification in Reiki Levels 1, 2, and 3 via our 6-month Reiki Master Intensive. With a cohort of like-minded students, you will learn, practice, and heal.
We are the sole provider of certifications in Antioppression Reiki. With Reiki, we learn to heal with emptiness; light, and in Antioppression Reiki, we learn to heal with fullness.; dark. By healing with light and dark, we find the peace and justice we desire.
