Life is institutionalized liberation. You are nature, therefore you are liberation. There is no where to get to and nothing to become. You already are. Unfortunately, inside the manufactured world of institutionalized oppression we learn unhealthy habits like self hatred, fear of our power, and shame about who and how we are. If you have barriers to your experince or expression of your prefection, worthiness, power, or magic, you can heal that. You can expand your colonized mind and heal your traumatized body. It can be done! The Antioppression Reiki currilculum will help you reclaim your light and your darkness for love and light rooted in truth and justice. Become an unstoppable force of f*ing nature. Ain't nothing to it but to do it.

LOVE AND LIGHT
Reiki level 1, 2, and 3 are taught from the nontraditional Usui Reiki lineage.
If YOU ARE NEW TO REIKI: Just FYI, some people care which Reiki lineage they engage with, some don't care, and most don’t know there are differences. ;)
Reiki 1, 2 and 3 include the standard curriculum for nontraditional Usui Reiki, but include a focus on healing internalized oppression and are offered in a more decolonized and liberatory format. Our antioppression format and focus allow students' gifts to manifest more quickly. However, the content is comparable to all other Reiki Level 1 courses and you do not have to repeat any level you have completed elsewhere. You can pick up where you left off.
LEVEL 1 REIKI
Healing The Seed
Level 1 Reiki is the introductory training where students “meet” Reiki energy and open up their ability to channel Reiki healing energy for self-healing and eventually, treating others. Includes an introduction to Ayurveda’s seven chakra system, the bioenergetic field, a decolonized history of Reiki, the Reiki hand positions, various Reiki hands-on healing techniques, and an introduction to the art and science of interpreting energetic information. Level 1 Reiki begins with training to do self-healing sessions. Reiki level 1 classes often gloss over the importance of this vital phase of self-healing. But we cannot give to others what we will not receive ourselves. Antioppression work is about receiving justice. So, Antioppression Reiki students learn to receive the self-healing they deserve. Overall, Level 1 Reiki empowers individuals to use Reiki, and it lays the foundation for Reiki 2 and Reiki 3 (sometimes called the Reiki Master Training). Participants will receive a Level 1 Reiki Manual and a Level 1 Reiki Certificate from The Antioppression Reiki School upon completion. Level 1 Reiki Students will have enough training to give Reiki sessions to themselves. Level 1 Reiki is the prerequisite for Level 2 Reiki.
REIKI LEVEL 1
Healing The Soil
Level 2 Reiki is an intermediate training that deepens the connection to Reiki energy and increases the ability to channel, direct, and trust it. Students are energetically connected to new reiki symbols that allow them to send energy through time and space. Students also learn various methods of distance (“remote”) healing to use with family, clients or to send healing energy to our ancestors. Beyond hands-on healing, students learn to send healing energy to individuals, situations, or events regardless of physical proximity or timeline. One of the key elements of Second Degree Reiki is the introduction to three sacred Reiki symbols and their corresponding mantras. Students learn to draw and activate these Reiki symbols and then receive instruction on ancestral healing, and engage in an exploration of their family tree. Students use Reiki distance healing protocols to direct healing energy to ancestral and intergenerational patterns. Students will practice giving and receiving distance sessions with each other to build confidence and help each other heal. Overall, Level 2 Reiki levels up Student’s Reiki tools and knowledge to expand their healing abilities and deepen their understanding of Reiki energy. Students will receive a Level 2 Reiki Manual, and upon completion, a Reiki Level 2 Certificate from The Antioppression Reiki School. Level 2 Reiki Students have enough training to do Reiki sessions on others for free or payment. Level 2 Reiki is the prerequisite for Reiki Level 3.

TRUTH AND JUSTICE
Reiki level 4, 5, and 6 are taught from the Antioppression Reiki Curriculum, found nowhere else.
These 3 trainings are offered only as a 3-course package so you can complete the sessions with the same cohort you’ve come to love and trust. Antioppression Reiki is where we reclaim our interdependence and this cohort model is part of your healing. In these advanced Reiki trainings you meet rainbow Reiki energies to reclaim authentic self expression, and high vibrational dark energies to reclaim pleasure.
